A few years ago, I had the joy of welcoming a wonderful woman during an event that I organized ...

After fighting, Dominique went to join the stars and it was her daughter Lucille Delwarte who contacted me to organize a gastronomic event.

The idea of ​​giving pride of place to women (cheffers, sommeliers, winemakers, craftswomen, ...) pleased Lucille and we chose to pay all the profits to 3 associations: the first fight against breast cancer (Pink Ribbon), the second is prevention (By Amel) and the third (in which I have been a volunteer since its inception) invites patients to escape their daily lives (Sailing For Life).
In this project, Isabelle Bervoets, a third woman indispensable to the organization and - touched by this project in more than one way - came to join us.
