DON PAPA RUM SOUR

Ingredients:
• 45 ml of Don Papa 7
• 45 ml lemon juice
• 45 ml of sugar in syrup form
• Egg white

Preparation:
Pour all the ingredients into the shaker.
Add ice to the shaker and shake.
Sieve in a bowl.

FILIPINO 75

Ingredients:
• 40 ml of Don Papa 7
• 20 ml lemon juice
• 15 ml honey
• Champagne
• Icing sugar
• 1 lemon slice
• Mint

Preparation:
Sprinkle a few teaspoons of icing sugar on a small plate.
Pass the rim of a glass of champagne with a lemon slice and dip the rim of this glass in icing sugar.
Pour 40 ml of Don Papa 7, 15 ml of honey and 20 ml of lemon juice into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake well and pour everything into a glass.
Finally, add champagne and a mint leaf.

DON TODDY

Ingredients:
• 50 ml of Don Papa 7
• 20 ml lemon juice
• 50 ml of boiling water
• 25 ml cinnamon and ginger honey

Preparation:
Combine all the ingredients in a glass and stir. Garnish with a lemon slice and cinnamon sticks.

WALK IN THE PARK

Ingredients:
• 30 ml of Don Papa 7
• 30 ml of limoncello
• 30 ml of white vermouth
• 1 lemon

Preparation:
Pour all the ingredients into a glass with ice and stir for thirty seconds. Sift in a glass over crushed ice. Pour a generous lemon zest into the glass.
