CLUB MED PROTECTS ITS CLIENTS HAVING RESERVED WITH THOMAS COOK

In the difficult context of the Thomas Cook Group, its employees and its customers, Club Med wishes to show its support.

As part of its high-end strategy and customer focus, Club Med, which provides end-to-end travel services in its own resorts, protects its customers who booked with Thomas Cook Belgium.
Club Med allows them to enjoy, in one of its 67 resorts, the unique experience summarized by the commitment

"Come back with more than just memories"

As such:

• Club Med confirms today that all customers who have booked with Thomas Cook and who are currently in one of its resorts, continue their stay normally.

• Club Med confirms that guests who have booked a stay with Thomas Cook and have paid their balance to date, will be able to go as planned and enjoy their vacations.
To answer additional questions from these customers, a dedicated number has been set up for them 7 days a week from 9am to 8pm (from 10am to 6pm on Sunday): 070 666 334.

• Club Med works with various stakeholders, including the Professional Association of Tourism Solidarity (APST), to continue to safeguard the interests of these clients.

Club Med recalls that Thomas Cook (integrated network) represents 1% of its business volume in Belgium.
