CBD (Cannabis without THC)

Recently, we can find on sale several products that are not yet subject to Belgian law. These products contain a maximum of 0.2% THC.They cause at best a slight drowsiness and a feeling of relaxation. Some users of classic cannabis may find a way to be in good standing with Belgian legislation and at the same time keep the pleasure of using Cannabis.

Laws are under consideration for the sale and use of this product already available for purchase in some stores.

We do not recommend the use of narcotic. They remain harmful to health and banned in Belgium.

Historical

Cannabis comes from a plant (Cannabaceae)
When the plant is high in fiber, and low in THC, it is mostly used in agricultural hemp. On the other hand, if it is rich in THC, it will be used (flowers and resin) in medicine or in recreational activities.

Cannabis was legalized in Holland in 1976. This led to what is called drug tourism from bordering countries. In Belgium, this led to discussions on decriminalization and thus to a modification of the law on 2 June 2003 which was voted in May and immediately restricted by the Minister of Justice (hence a legal uncertainty in this area). law).
